Episode 50 Listener Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

This sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Changing the Narrative Solutions, LLC (d/b/a Changing the Narrative), located at 853 Hayes St., San Francisco, CA 94117 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who:

  • Are legal residents of the United States or Canada

  • Are at least the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence

  • Enter during the Sweepstakes Period

Employees, contractors, and representatives of Sponsor, as well as their immediate family members and individuals living in the same household, are not eligible to enter or win.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Pacific Time on April 14, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Pacific Time on April 30, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

There are multiple ways to enter the Sweepstakes.

Method 1: Online Entry

Complete the entry form with the requested information.

Limit one (1) entry per person via this method.

Additional Entry Opportunities

Participants may earn additional entries (up to three additional entries) by completing the following optional actions and submitting proof via the entry form:

  1. Leave a review of The Offstage Mic podcast on Apple Podcasts or Spotify and upload a screenshot of the review.

  2. Follow The Offstage Mic podcast on YouTube, Apple Podcasts, or Spotify and upload a screenshot showing you follow the show.

  3. Share an episode of the podcast on social media, tag @aubreybergauer, and upload a screenshot of the post.

Each action counts as one (1) additional entry, for a maximum of four (4) total entries per person.

Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without completing the online form or subscribing to email communications, send an email during the Sweepstakes Period to:

  • Your full name

  • Email address

  • Mailing address

  • Phone number (for shipping purposes if applicable)

Limit one (1) entry per person via this method.

All entries, regardless of method, have an equal chance of winning.

5. Prizes

The following prizes will be awarded:

Prize Category 1

Ten (10) winners

Each will receive:

$100 credit toward any Changing the Narrative online program

  • Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $100 each

  • Total ARV for this category: $1,000

Credits are valid only toward eligible Changing the Narrative online programs and are not redeemable for cash.

Prize Category 2

One (1) winner

Audience Development Bootcamp access

  • ARV: $499

Bootcamp access is for the on-demand program or a future cohort and may require joining a waitlist depending on program availability.

Prize Category 3

Ten (10) winners

Clapping T-Shirt

  • ARV: $24 each

  • Total ARV for this category: $240

T-shirt prizes can only be shipped to addresses in the United States or Canada.

Total Approximate Retail Value of All Prizes

$1,739

Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The drawing will occur on or about May 1, 2026.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via the email address provided in their entry.

Winners must respond within 72 hours of notification to claim their prize.

If a winner does not respond within the required timeframe, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

8. Shipping and Delivery

For physical prizes:

  • Winners must provide a valid mailing address and phone number for shipping.

  • Phone numbers will be used only for shipping notifications and will not be retained for marketing purposes.

Sponsor will cover standard shipping costs for prizes.

9. Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, provincial, or local taxes associated with prize acceptance or use.

10. Publicity

By accepting a prize, winners grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for:

  • Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries

  • Technical failures of any kind

  • Unauthorized human intervention

  • Any injury or damage arising from participation or acceptance of prizes

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures compromise its integrity.

12. Platform Disclaimer

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple, Spotify, YouTube, Instagram, or any social media platform.

Participants release those platforms from any liability related to the Sweepstakes.

13. Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used solely for the administration of the Sweepstakes and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy practices.

14. Winner List

To request the names of winners, send an email with the subject line “Podcast Giveaway Winners” to:
